一 、 产品的用途和使用范围PRODUCT USAGE 

LYF-535、435、335-TM 型 液压翻转犁是按照旱田铧式犁标准设计制造。适用土壤比阻小于1.0 公斤/立方厘米 的旱田熟地耕翻作业 。 可以进行梭式双向作业，耕后地表面平整， 无“开闭垄”， 地头空行少，在坡地上作业， 可坡地上作业，可逐年降低耕地坡度。

大、小衬套用 M10 X 40 螺栓以及弹簧垫圈固定在犁架横梁上，换向轴用M30 螺母以及弹簧垫圈固定在犁架前横梁上，换向轴垫圈套在换向轴中另一端并用8X70 开口销锁住，用以固定油缸杆耳环。

Large and small bush washers with M10 X 40 bolts and springs on the plowframe beams, reversing shaft M30 nut and spring washer on the front plow framebeams, reversing shaft washer sets in reversing shaft and the other end with8X70 cotter pin lock for securing the cylinder rod earrings.

犁体装配 （图 三）Plow assembly   picture ( 三)

主要由犁托焊合、 犁铧、犁镜、犁臂、地侧板等部件组成，分别用 M 10 X35 、M12 X35 、 M 16X 80 沉头方颈螺栓、螺母和弹簧垫圈紧固而成

悬挂架组合（图四）hanger combination  picture （四） 

 主要由悬挂架焊合、上悬挂销、下悬挂销、油缸座销轴、调整螺杆组成. 下悬挂销用 M30 螺母以及弹簧垫圈固定在悬挂板上， 调整螺杆用M30 螺母锁在悬挂架焊合调整螺母上。

1. 油缸（图一） ，油缸座耳环用油缸座销轴装在悬挂架焊合上， 油缸杆耳环安装在犁架总成的换向轴上 。 

四． 装配与安装

按随机包装清单核对，确认零部件齐全后方可按照图进行装配和安装 

1. 翻转犁的装配

2. 中心轴装配（图六） ， 将犁架总成用支撑物垫高至地面650 mm以上并使其呈水平状态， 用黄油将前、后梁防尘盖分别粘在大、小衬套上， 将悬挂架焊合的中心轴装入大小衬套内， 同时在前、后梁防尘盖内装填防尘毡条， 并将油缸杆耳环装在换向轴上， ***在中心轴挡圈内装填防尘毡条并装在中心轴上， 用中心轴螺母和8 X 110 开口销定位锁紧。

1. 用油缸座轴销将油缸座耳环固定在悬挂架上

• 拖拉机与犁的连接

将拖拉机悬挂装置的左右吊杆缩短， 长度协调一致，两纵拉杆分别与犁的两下悬挂点销连在拖拉机的中央拉杆与犁的上悬挂点销连接。

  与轮式拖拉机配套时候， 拖拉机的悬挂机构采用三点悬挂。 与拖拉机挂接之前， 应将轮距内侧的距离调整到135-150 cm。

使用与调节： 

• 翻转操作

翻转时，应先将犁架提升到的位置。再操纵换向手柄，使转阀换向， 即将主油缸的油路关闭，使翻转油缸与分配器相通。 然后操纵分配器手柄至 “压降” 位置，使犁架翻转。

当犁架接近垂直位置时， 将分配器手柄搬至浮动位置，犁架靠惯性继续翻转，转过一定的角度之后，再将分配器手柄搬至“提升” 位置，使犁架翻转到工作位置.***操纵手柄转向，即关闭液压油缸， 连接主油缸，此时可操纵分配器手柄，使其犁架下落。 

1. 耕作调整

2. 左右水平调整，将拖拉机悬挂装置的左右吊杆伸长或缩短。使犁架横向水平。 也可通过悬挂架组合上的调节螺杆（见图四） 作辅助调整。

3. 前后纵向调整： 伸长或者缩短拖拉机悬挂装置的上拉杆，调整纵向水平

4. 耕深调整： 通过地轮导管组件与支柱上的孔组的不同组合，使限深轮升高或者降低，以便调整耕深

1. 维护保养

2. 定期清除各犁体上的粘挂的泥土和杂草

3. 每耕完一趟到地头时，需在行进中起犁，避免就地起犁

4. 耕作后要及时的检查各个零部件有无破损或者松动。一经发现问题，应该立即修复更换。 

5. 液压系统不准渗油或者漏油

6. 地轮每作业200 亩时注入一次润滑油，其他注油点每班注一次润滑油。

7. 犁铧磨损后要及时更换，其他零件如有磨损也要及时更换修理
