Scopeof Use and the Main Specifications

20系列铧式犁为全悬挂式，与标定功率为15-50hp拖拉机配套作业。适用于壤土、沙壤土地区熟地旱田耕作。该系列犁具有结构简单、耕作适应范围广、作业质量好、地表平整、碎土覆盖性能好、墒沟小等特点。

1. Scope and the Main Specifications

Seriesof 20 is a mounted bottom plow, designed to match with rated power 15hp to 50hpwheel tractor and is suitable for loam soil in the cultivated area. Thisimplement is compact in construction, and wide range in application. Itproduces the best work, leaving a level surface and a narrow furrow, with agood pulverization and mulching. The maximum plowing depth is 25cm

• 犁的构造及其各部分的作用

Structureof the plough and the Roles of Each Part

20系列铧式犁由犁架、限深轮、犁体、前、后犁体部分组成（图一）

   Theplough consists of frame, depth limit wheel, front plough body assembly andrear plough body assembly. See (Fig.1)

1、犁架部分 frame assembly  

2、限深轮部分 depth limit assembly

3、后犁体部分 rear plough body assembly

4、前犁体部分 front plough body assembly

犁架由梁架焊合、斜撑杆焊合、前撑杆组成，用来固定各个工作部件，并通过三挂接点与拖拉机连接。

   Frame assembly consists of frame welding, deviate support rod weldingand front support rod for fixing all the working parts and connect to thetractors by three points.

犁体是犁的主要工作部件，起切土、碎土、翻土、和覆盖杂草的作用。犁体分前犁体和后犁体，其区别是后犁体的犁侧板比前犁体的稍宽、稍长并在尾部装一个犁后踵。每个犁只有一个后犁体。

  Plough body is the main working parts of the plough for cutting.Crushing and turning over the soil and cover the grasses and weeds. There isfront plough body and rear plough body and the difference between them is theside board of the rear body is wider and longer than the front one, and thereis a plough heel assembled behind the rear body. There is only one rear bodyfor each plough.

限深轮用来调节和控制耕深并在存放时起支撑作用，采用力调节或位调节的拖拉机可以不用限深轮。

Depth limitwheel is used for adjust and control the working depth and also support theplough during storage. If the tractors adopt power adjustment or positionadjustment, the depth limit wheel can not be used.

三、犁的装配 Assembling of The Plough

20系列犁的安装位置及尺寸见表二、图二。

四、使用和调整 Operation and Adjustment

1、犁在使用前的准备：检查犁的成套性和完善程度，检查零部件安装是否正确紧固，并在限深轮的轮轴与轮毂处注入黄油，耕深调节丝杠处加适量机油。

装配好的犁应达到下列要求：

1. 两个犁体的犁铧刃口的高度差，相应不得大于10毫米，各犁铧尖不得上翘。

2. 相邻两犁尖的横向距离应为300±10毫米，前后距离为600±15毫米。

Before work it is essential that all partsand accessories are in good order and check the tension of nuts and boltsgenerally. Grease the bearings of the depth wheel, and oil the depth adjustingscrew.

 Properly assembled plow should meet thefollowing requirements:

1) The differences in vertical clearance ofthe share cutting edges bottoms must be less than 10mm and the share point of a bottom must not behigher than the moving.

2)The lateral distance of share pointsbetween to adjacent bottoms should be 300±10 mmand the fore-and aft clearance is 600±15 mm.

2、犁的田间调整：Themajor adjustment of the plough

（1）耕深调整 ：

犁的耕深调节采用高度调节方法，既通过限深轮进行调节，将外套管上的紧固螺栓松开，再转动丝杆，顺时针转动时耕深增加，反之则减少，调至所需耕深后将紧固螺栓紧固。

（2）犁架左右水平调整：

当犁架左低右高时，可伸长拖拉机右吊杆，右低左高时则相反，直至犁架左右水平为止。

1. 犁架前后水平（前后犁体耕深）调整：

前深后浅时，伸长拖拉机上拉杆，反之则缩短上拉杆。

1. 耕宽调整：

通过改变悬挂调节杆的长度，可以调节犁体的耕宽，伸长悬挂轴调节杆时，个犁体耕宽增加，缩短时则相反。

The major adjustment as follow:

1. Depth

The working depth is controlled by the depthwheel loosen the bolt on the outer square tube. Turn the adjusting screwclock’s to sink the plow and vice versa, when required depth is achieved,tighten the bolt.

1. Lateral leveling

The lateralleveling is done by adjusting the length of the right-hand suspension rod ofthe tractor lengthening this right-hand suspension rod lowers down the rightside but tilts up the left side other plow frame and vice.

1. Fore-and-after leveling

Plow isleveled fore-and-after by adjusting the length of the tractor top hitch link,shortening the link raises the rear of the plow and vice versa.

1. Adjusting the width of cut (s.fig.1)

Front furrowwidth can be adjusted by changing the length of the adjusting rod of the crossshaft. Extension of the adjusting rod increases width of cut of the frontfurrow and vice versa.

3、犁的使用：Operation of the plough

（1）工作时限位链应放松，以使犁有适量左右摆动，但摆动不能过大，以防止升犁后碰到拖拉机轮胎，因此拖拉机下拉杆的限位链不宜过松。

（2）犁在工作中，应经常清除各犁体上沾挂的泥土和杂草，否则影响耕地质量并增加阻力。

（3）机组在地头转弯、后退及运输时，必须将犁升起，以防将犁损坏，远程运输升犁后还应锁定。

（4）限深轮轴承处每班注黄油一次。调节丝杆处经常加适量机油。

Operation

1. While the plow is in normal operation, bothchains connected to the lower linkages must be loose so that the plow is freeto swing sideways. But the check chains shed not are too loose to allow theplow striking the tractor wheels, while in transport position.

2.  Whenthe plow is in work, the plow bottoms must be free from mud and weeds,otherwise, poor plowing quality and increase in draft would occur.

3. When banking or turning the tractor at theheadlands, or during transport, it is necessary to rise up the plow from theground to avoid being damaged. For long distance transport the plow must beraised and locked up.

4. Grease the bearings of the depth wheel once ashift. Oil the depth-adjusting screw frequently.

五、注意事项 Caution

1．犁在工作、运输、回转时，应注意行人和障碍物。

1) During operation, transportation andreversing, the driver must be careful for the persons or obstacles nearby.

2．严禁在犁升起后又不加支撑保险的情况下，在犁下方进行修理和保养。

2) Repairing or maintenance under the ploughduring it is lift up without any other support is prohibited.

3．工作时犁上严禁站人。

3) Anyone if forbidden to stand on the ploughduring operation.

六、修理：Repairing

犁铧磨钝后应及时进行修理，否则影响耕地质量和过分的消耗动力。

1. 犁铧刃部磨损不严重时，用磨刀石把犁尖磨利。

2. 犁铧刃部磨损严重时，需要进行锻打延展（犁铧背部加厚部分供修理之用）：锻打后要进行磨刃和热处理。

When the share is worn out, it must besharpened or replaced with a one otherwise, it will affect proper plowing andincrease the resistance.

1. If the share has not worn much, grind it withgrindstone from the top side.

2. When the share has worn much, it is necessaryto have it forged to shape, followed by grinding and a heat treatment.

七、存放 Storing

每季工作完成后，将泥草清理干净，然后对犁进行全面检查，做必要的修理和调整，各润滑处加注黄油和机油，将其存放于干燥的室内或棚里，不可露天存放。

  After each working season, clean the soil and the grasses on the ploughcompletely, examine the plough ***, do necessary repairing and maintained,apply lubricant and machine oil and stored inside dry house or under shade.Open air storage is not allowed.
